Verified Renter Advertised as active adults but not ada compliant for all the inactive adults moving in ... no automated doors and some doors are not wide enough for wheelchairs and 1st floor rest rooms are difficult for those using a walker to open. Not an apartment complex for those with physical limitations...beware!
Verified Renter This community presents well on paper. However, the upkeep of the property is fair at best. The residence gossip and have cliche'. Only live here if you keep to yourself. For safety and security they get a high mark. Oh did I mention fire alarms go off at 3:00 am for no reason? And the fire department doess't have the proper information to reset the alarm, so some apartments have the alarm ring until the next morning.
