Verified Renter I've lived at Alta at Regency Crest for 4 years now and have been relatively happy with the staff (Maintenance, Management, Cleanliness of the facility). The Outside Court Yard is awesome, as are several of the other rooms where you can swim, play games/cards/bingo, or just meet and socialize with other residents.
I love it! Management is always available when we need them. They are very patient and do not stop u til a issue is resolved. Alexis does not ignore our requests and does what she can to get what we want. I have lived here 4 years and personally love it here.
