I never want to move! I have been here for 5 years and I never want to move. They have fun events that I enjoy and the neighbors are nice. I feel very safe living here.
A wonderful place to call home! I've been living at Alta for 11 years and this place is simply amazing! The personnel staff, Alexis, Tai, Damon, and Don; I can not leave out the Custodian Dilcia! Their friendly, respectful, and is always lending a helping hand. Awesome Social Events My husband and I have been living here at Alta at Regency Crest for about a year and a half. We moved in during the height of the pandemic. I have to say that the management here handled the situation wonderfully. I felt very safe following their guidance. Alexis and Tai are truly professionals. Five Stars for Maintenance! Recently had a maintenance issue with a stopped up kitchen sink drain and a disposal that wasn't working properly. Damon was sent to take care of the problem. Not only was his demeanor professional and the problem fixe, but he went beyond by cleaning out the filter screen in the dishwasher, tested the unit, and cleaned up behind himself. Alta at Regency Crest! I've been a resident at Alta at Regency Crest for almost 5 years and it is very nice here. The residents are very friendly, as well as the Management Team, Maintenance Staff and Custodian. The Amenities are many. Such as an Indoor Swimming Pool, Yoga Room, Beauty Salon, Exercise Room, and Game Room. There is also an outdoor Courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a pond with Ducks that waddle around, that are so cute and will surely bring a smile to your face. Verified Renter the minute I walked through the foyer doors and saw the inviting Great Room and the courtyard i knew this where I wanted to spend the rest of my days. The other amenities were a plus.
