True to their word Moved in the week a new company took over. They have stayed true to their word, and have a regular team keeping up with the property.

Sarah is Great I have lived here for years and have had no issues for with the staff. The property manager Sarah Conklin has gone out of her way to help. Great people!!

Love the New Management We have lived here during the transition to new management, aside from raising our rent, new management has done an awesome job staying organized and communicating with us. Every time we have called for maintenance they have shown up in a timeley manner, not only that if it requires them to come back they actually come back unlike with old management. They don’t stop until the job is done, and have continued to put letters on our door keeping us in the loop with all changes being made around here.

Definitely Recommend Ever since the new management took over, things have been wonderful. They have fixed alot of things that have been wrong. They are great, friendly and understanding yet firm. Building is older but still is decent to live in. It's not a fancy place but they are nice. I reccomend living here especially if your just starting off.

Better than before We've lived in the complex for nine months and since the new management took over, things have gotten so much better. They have worked very hard to improve the property. The property is much cleaner, quieter, and more enjoyable to live in. Staff are attentive and helpful, and maintenance are very prompt with repairs when issues arise. They have worked very hard to make Raintree a better place to live.

Checks all the boxes Nice apartments in a good location and staff is super nice and helps wherever they can also the maintenance team is very nice as well
