Noce apartment for reasonable price Nice apartment and amenities. Staff is helpful and nice. Parking lot may be lil crowded if you are reaching late.

Good Value Besides the pile of maintenance work that needs to be done, the place is cheap.
Quick help when needed Maintenance is on top of things always, noisy neighbors but for an apartment complex it is expected.
Nice location and value of money. Nice location and nice staff. Rent is very reasonable and maintenance is good. Only problem happened during my stay was down stairs storage was mugged.
