Lived here a year I lived here a year, April 2021-May 2022. It was one of the best affordable places to live in Topeka. The ladies in the office always answered my questions, and informed me of what was going on around the place. I know the maintenance was good because it seemed like they were always working on the building, but I always had warm water for showers, and electricity. They had a little bit of a bug problem start in the winter, but they attacked it right away and hired pest control, I didn’t see but a couple bug... read more

Excellent Value Overall a very nice, large apartment complex. Parking in front of some units is about 1 space per unit, making parking difficult at certain times. However, there are 2 massive parking areas about a 2 minute walk within the complex. The staff is excellent, maintenance is excellent. The unit's have good amenities and size makes them more affordable for electricity.
