CT Home. Very good place to live.
Beautiful and wonderfully maintained property!! I have lived here for a little over a year and I have been very happy here! The community is beautifully maintained and the staff is very welcoming and helpful!

Excellent Complex I’ve been living at Aragon Apartments for almost a year and I honestly have zero complaints. The staff is amazing, the Amazon hub lockers are accessible to all delivery companies, no issues with parking, spacious apartments, friendly and respectful neighbors and the list goes on. Even being right next to Merritt Parkway the traffic noise is nearly non existent. I mention that because people often ask me about it when I tell them where I live. Love it here! So far I have had nothing but great things to say about Merion Apartments! The staff is amazing especially Joe! He’s made me feel more welcomed in the short period of time, more than Avalon ever did in the 3 years I’ve lived here.
Stratford The quality for apartments compare to price not acceptable
Nice, but could be better Certain upkeep has gone down in terms of quality. Mostly landscaping and parking lot conditions such as torn up curbs and street lights not working. Staff takes a long time to resolve issues. The amenities aren’t anything special. The pool is nice, the gym is mediocre, and there isn’t much else. No game/community room, no fenced in area for dogs (everyone seems to have them now). Overall it’s nice but lacks things that would make it stand above others in the area.
