Not ideal Tenants dont respect the property: poop left in the grass, trash left in hallways, missuse of past waste stations, garbage left in common areas by the pool, cigarette and marajuana smells in and outside building five… The parking situation continues to amaze me… Eli is fantastic and the staff here is decent. I just wish people would listen to the rules and have some respect

Great Place to Live I am very pleased with this property as a home for myself and my two children after a divorce and having my own home at one point. Very safe in My experience, with a lovely staff, great amenities and excellent maintenance and you cannot beat the location!!
Wonderful place to live for all ages! We have lived here for going on 10 years. Although it is a turnover in owners, management and residents, it is an amazing community overall, for my mom and myself as seniors to young families, as well as professionals. I would highly recommend living here at Merio-Stratford. Also, if you shop around at luxury rental communities, this one of the more reasonably priced.
Awesome Beautiful property, the grounds are kept in pristine condition. Staff is amazing. Wonderful environment I absolutely love living here.

Terrific, convenient, clean and safe place to live!!!! I have been veey happy living in this community. It is safe, most importantly (with two children) and the maintenance, staff and amenties have been wonderful for us! It is conveniently located as well!! Overall, this has been a wonderful experience for me and my children!!
Absolutely Amazing Community We have lived here for nine years. It is a beautiful, well-kept community. Management & maintenance are outstanding, they are quick to respond and deal with every situation. We absolutely love living here.
Nice complex Way too many people go to the pool that i know don’t live here. It’s very hard to park sometimes if you show up after 8pm.
