Very Satisfied Tenet I have only lived here for a month and have been extremely satisfied with all the people around me, as well as the staff that was super nice and worked with me to make sure I could get a key fob.
Lovely Space Only lived here a month, but really enjoy how nice all the neighbors are. The amenities are great and I love our apartment. Only thing I would complain about is parking. If you don't have preferred or garage sometimes you have to park super far from your building. Walking alone at night as a girl isn't always the safest so I wish there was more parking closer
Excellent place to live! I have been living in this community for 2 years and I feel very grateful for the service provided and for make me feel comfortable in my home providing me 24/7 maintenance service and above an excellent customer service from Joseph in the office. Joseph is always available to help and Collaborate with the tenants. I highly recommend renting in this property, you will live peacefully and also very organized and clean. THANK YOU MERION! Merion Cares I can tell you that the staff that manages this property is always pleasant, responsive, and willing to assist in any way. I have been a resident for 6 years so I have seen the change in management and the improvement. As residents, we are kept well informed. And if I have any need or problem, it's addressed in a very timely manner. I've even had my lease hand-delivered to me upon renewal with tabs on all the pages where I had to sign!
