Disappointed Due to no fault of my own, I was charged a fee that was listed as "may charge administrative fee"- completely discretionary- and in light of the covid pandemic and lack of amenities we are paying for I did not think it was inappropriate to ask for a $50 service fee on a $7.22 charge to be waived. "Management will not waive it" was the response I received- frankly working in customer service my entire life I was saddened, disappointed and left to purchase less groceries for my family the week to pay a discretiona... read more
