Great Place to live The staff is amazing. My experience has been any request for service is responded to within half an hour. Everyone is professional, friendly and competent. Pet-friendly and convenient location as well. There is some street noise from construction, but that must at some point end... it is not in the apartments. The area is building up, and the bridge is being improved.
Community Review This has been one of the best communities I have lived in so far. The staff is really helpful. The community is well maintained. We have facilities like the gym , pool , grill and stuff. Overall - Very good
Merion Riverwalk Review We've lived here for about 4 months and were only going to stay for a couple of more months. However, we liked the apartment and community so much that we decided to extend our lease for another 15 months rather than rush into buying a home that we don't love like we love this apartment!
Nice simple place to live Staff is helpful, neighbors aren't noisy, walkable community, dog friendly. Love using the gym and the pool in the summertime, and enjoy that my apartment was clean and updated as soon as I moved in. Look forward to continuing to live here. Only negative is that guest parking can be a challenge on weekends and have to park in one of the town's lots further down the block instead of right next to the building

Comfortable Living I'm going on my second year of living here in Shelton. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful apartment, pool, lounge, gym and location. My only complaint would be the noise level.
Great place; no parking All good and apts are spacious. No reliable parking for guests is a downside
