It’s just fine. Not bad. Not great. Ok. Maintenance os not responsive at all though, and a lot of the staff have attitude.

Great place to live! The staff is amazing! Susan is always helpful and welcoming in the office, and every request for service is addressed quickly and efficiently. The neighbors are great - the building is extremely dog-friendly. The location is great for access to downtown Shelton restaurants and shops, parks and recreation paths.
Great Community The staff here is wonderful and maintenance is always very quick to respond to any request. The setting is on the river and in town can't be beat for convenience.
Great place Awesome staff! Clean facility. Wish there were more and closer options for visitor parking
Like living in a hotel It's a beautiful place with beautiful neighbors, but there is no guest parking and if you look closely youll see the cracks begin to show
Peaceful & Quiet We just recently moved in and have loved every minute! The staff were very helpful during the move-in process and helped to make the move as easy as possible, even offering a hand truck! The river view is beautiful along with the walking path. There is minimal noise and residents are respectful
Great location, well maintained, safe Convenient location, lots to do in the immediate area. Friendly neighbors, well maintained, comfortable living. Have been here 2.5 years and plan on staying
Home is here I've been living here going on 3 years. It's like being at resort especially with the pool and gym. Love the cozy atmosphere and quietness which is really appreciated.
