Not enough leadership support for such an expensive complex I moved into Meeder Flats before the change. As the apartment complex has shifted over to new management, it has taken a long time for the front office to receive proper training to help out their tenants. Many times I have issues, they have to reach out to corporate which takes another 3-5 business days to get information. Nice place to live, great management, naughty residents This place is great, facilities are clean, modern and very attractive, the living experience is compared to a 5 stars resort, the real problem are the residents with bad behavior and little respect to the community life. Overpromised - underdelivered I've been here for about six months. One of the reasons I chose this apartment over others was because of the promise of a pool this summer. The pool was never completed when it was supposed to be (May), and we had to just walk by a half completed pool all summer. It was completely disorganized and then they changed mgmt companies.
