Great for families This is a peaceful family friendly neighborhood. It's very safe and centralized amongst great shopping and entertainment.
I love it here! Great place to live I've lived in a home for the last 30 years. I have not rented in years. I was very surprised with all that is available with renting the unit. It's amazing if you own a dog. There is a dog park, a place to bathe the dog once it gets muddy, and plenty of areas to walk a dog. There are many dog poop stations where you can deposit poo. Great place to live! This is a great place to live. The location is amazing and the apartments have high quality finishes that make it feel more like a house than an apartment. My only complaint is that the parking lot didn't seem very thought out and I can never find a spot close to my entrance. It's very tight and impossible to smoothly turn around in the parking lot - someone hit my car and didn't leave a note. My fiancé's car has also been bumped into 4 times. Cleaning It was wonderful before merian took over. Our building smelled fresh and was mopped down weekly now hardly ever see the cleaning crew. Raised rent and took away some amenities, I feel if you’re going to raise rent for a luxury apartment complex you should have luxury amenities also along with cleaning crew.
