10/10 I have lived here for over a year now and enjoy the environment, people and living space. Everyone in this complex is nice and social. The service at this complex is superior to any other I've stayed at.
Great place I have lived here for 10 months and I think it is an excellent place to live. The neighbors and the people in the office are very nice and the facilities are very well maintained. Highly recommended to live here.

Too expensive For the most part, it’s big nice for me and my husband. I do think once we use our fobe to enter building the doors should automatically open.
Experience Varies The property changed management in Summer 2022. Management has gotten progressively worse. As of Jan 2023, we are without a property manager. It seems like no one is in charge and plans are unclear. Pros: Great location, walking paths, nice units, other residents are friendly, Amazon hub Cons: The convenience fee does not make much easier. Wifi is spotty, Rt 19 is loud, snow removal is not great, and thr front office is in flux. I would carefully consider other similar properties before renting here.

Good place, great staff, noisy cars, naughty neighbors Meeder flats is a great place, the quality of the apartments is superb, amenities are great, the gym, lobby, patio and pool are all the best, it compares to a high class resort. Cons: Noisy cars in the parking lot, some cars in the parking lot with no mufflers drive and even race at late hours, sometimes they park backing up into the park space aiming their noisy car rear end to the windows, I have an autistic kid that once wakes up with the rumbling and the window shaki... read more
Poor management Meeder Flats has gone downhill since the new management started. They often try to micromanage residents with emails, which us strange. Pool never opened last summer like promised. Not worth the high rent.
