Poor management Meeder Flats has gone downhill since the new management started. They often try to micromanage residents with emails, which us strange. Pool never opened last summer like promised. Not worth the high rent.
Experience Varies The property changed management in Summer 2022. Management has gotten progressively worse. As of Jan 2023, we are without a property manager. It seems like no one is in charge and plans are unclear. Pros: Great location, walking paths, nice units, other residents are friendly, Amazon hub Cons: The convenience fee does not make much easier. Wifi is spotty, Rt 19 is loud, snow removal is not great, and thr front office is in flux. I would carefully consider other similar properties before renting here.

Nice pleace to live, a little expensive. There are similar options at the same or less price around the area. The only advantage if this one is that it's newer than the other places, but amenities in other residentials are better than here. Other than that, no big complains so far.
Best Apartment Living I have been living here for 9 months. The staff is so accommodating, professional and friendly. The apartments are spacious and well-planned. I enjoy the social events, pool area and fitness room. The decor is stunning. The location is ideal with close proximity to everything.
