Really loved the apartment, and felt at home I lived here while I was getting my Master's at Purdue, so around 2 years, and overall loved the apartment. The location is perfect: just close enough to campus with great bus service but also near grocery stores and restaurants away from campus. It's possible to walk to both Happy Hollow and Celery Bog, both beautiful walks. I really liked the apartment setup, and it was just what I needed. You get what you pay for.... It could be better; but it also could also be worse. I prefer to look at it as if my eyes were closed or even, half full. Hope this helps.

Good place to live Have been living here peacefully. And the house is good.
Its okay I've lived here almost a year now. I really do like the apartment itself, but do wish there was in unit laundry. The laundry building is tucked away at the very back of the property, and if you have a lot of laundry you are going to have to walk quite far, plus there is not a quarter exchange. Maintence needs improving. I filed a work order about a leaking window and was very thorough and they came and fixed the wrong window with ducktape... Okay to live. Not great to live. Okay to live here. Rent is low compared to other properties. Laundry systems are bad. Property is fairly clean though we see pet waste here and there often. Water logging on the footpaths and parking spots is common. Pools don't work.
