Fair for the Price—With Some Drawbacks Pros: The location is very convenient, its just a short walk to nearby stores and right by a bus station, which is ideal if you don't have a car. The maintenance team is excellent: they’re punctual, respectful, and quick to address requests. Cons: The unit can get quite cold and damp, especially during rainy weather. Maintenance only, other than that, great value. Maintenance is really a weak point at Mayfair Village. I had some issues with the windows multiple times, and all they say is that they don't have parts for the windows, so they won't change it!
Could do better There are maintenance that need be done, windows , water logging in the parking area etc
it's fine I've lived here a year and a half and I wish it had in unit laundry or a least a quarter exchange thing in the laundry room. Also, it advertises a gym and a pool and has neither. The people are nice though and the internet is good

Review Generally clean with good amenities. Spacious parking and unobtrusive neighbors.
It's fine, I guess I feel like maintenance doesn't do a good job and has weird priorities. The trash valet is unnecessary.
Value for money I live in a 2-bed apartment at Mayfair Village. I found the rent to be affordable for students at Purdue. The location is also good as there are 2 bus stop near the apartment. The parking space is also enough. Overall great experience living here.
Windows The windows are leaking making the rooms really cold. When request for maintenance is made, there is no show and the maintenance people mark the request as done
