Ideal location and good value for money The location is ideal, with convenient access to bus services and within walking distance of Payless and other amenities. The rent is budget-friendly, making it a suitable choice for cost-conscious students. The unit I currently inhabit was handed over to me clean and tidy. In summary, I thoroughly enjoy living here.

Laundry facilities Laundry facilities are bad. Dryers don't works properly & you have to dry 2 times for complete drying. Staff says use the same dryers and we will not fix the dryers.

Average I stay on the ground floor and it gets noisy barking/howling dogs and noises from the residents(upstairs)activities at night time. For the price the apartments are decent, maintenance are apt to act and staff are warm. Onnthe downside, Windows are old and leak air, imagine what that means in winter

The location is perfect: just close enough to campus with great bus service but also near grocery stores and restaurants away from campus. It's possible to walk to both Happy Hollow and Celery Bog, both beautiful walks. I really liked the apartment setup, and it was just what I needed. The walls are a little thin, and the floor is extremely squeaky. My neighbors were fairly... read more

You get what you pay for.... It could be better; but it also could also be worse. I prefer to look at it as if my eyes were closed or even, half full. Hope this helps.
