Could do better There are maintenance that need be done, windows , water logging in the parking area etc
it's fine I've lived here a year and a half and I wish it had in unit laundry or a least a quarter exchange thing in the laundry room. Also, it advertises a gym and a pool and has neither. The people are nice though and the internet is good

It's fine, I guess I feel like maintenance doesn't do a good job and has weird priorities. The trash valet is unnecessary.
Value for money I live in a 2-bed apartment at Mayfair Village. I found the rent to be affordable for students at Purdue. The location is also good as there are 2 bus stop near the apartment. The parking space is also enough. Overall great experience living here.
Windows The windows are leaking making the rooms really cold. When request for maintenance is made, there is no show and the maintenance people mark the request as done
Ideal location and good value for money The location is ideal, with convenient access to bus services and within walking distance of Payless and other amenities. The rent is budget-friendly, making it a suitable choice for cost-conscious students. The unit I currently inhabit was handed over to me clean and tidy. In summary, I thoroughly enjoy living here.
Great location with everything in walkable distance Bus stop is right in front of the apartment. 10mins bus ride to the Purdue University. Grocery stores, food outlets and every necessary stores are within 5mins of walkable distance. Great location to live with decent rent.
