Verified Renter My apartment is old and needs some updates. Windows are my biggest issue. There is no sense of community. Pool hours suck for people who work. I can say maintenance is expedient.
Verified Renter It started off as a good place to rent , sometime , two years ago a roach issue started occurring in my complex , immediately I put in a request for pest control . Pest control wouldn’t do anything , they’d spray something and then leave , a couple months and the problem continued , another request was put in , again same thing . Verified Renter horrible and maintenance is even worst i wouldn’t recommend moving here and they don’t have any update appliances. and don’t even let you have plants too make the place look better
Don't do it!!! The pool is open for 5 days a year. The laundry machines never work, and they always say that they fix it when they don't. They don't work for anything. The people are nice, but don't do it. It's trap
Needs help This place is clear old and crackin down. Maintenance needs help and to fix leaks. Washer and dryers also don't work good in laundry area
Roaches This is by far the worst apartment I have seen in my life. If you like roaches, this is the place for you. I'm in building 2009 and after speaking with multiple residents in my unit and others, it looks like it's a common issue. My apartment was infested witih hundreds of roaches and I had to stay at a hotel for over a week due to this and it not being handled correctly.
Experience So my husband went today and said the lady in the office had a bad attitude like he didn't feel welcomed. He decided to look somewhere else because of that alone. Just a heads up! Hopefully they get that taken care of because that's bad for business!
Horrible place to live in!!!!! I moved to this complex on January of 2016. I was told the bathroom of my three bedroom apartment would have double sink (it did not). I asked to be given a unit with the double sink and was told that since i already signed the lease i had to pay them $300 for them to do that. I hadn't even moved in yet! I also explained to the lady that signed me up for the lease that my 2 year old son has allergies to dust and any insect droppings as well.
