Verified Renter As long as you don't mind the sirens of occasional ambulances and fire trucks, this complex is very cozy and as my first rental apartment, it's affordable and the staff here are on top of it! The walls are pretty thick as well so noise isn't too big of a deal. For a first rental, its 5 stars!
Verified Renter I love it here. The patio is a great size. The windows are nice and deep with plenty of space. Stacie has been very helpful and the maintenance staff is awesome. It’s very quiet and convenient to everything.
Verified Renter Everyone is mostly to them selves but overall its convenient to get to grocery stores, gas, pet , target and restaurant. The people are very friendly.
Verified Renter I have a lot of problems here with pests including but not limited to; wasps, roaches, beetles, spiders and birds. I can say that recently they have been doing much better at helping with these problems, compared to when I would say something in the past and they would say there is nothing they can do.. Not sure what in management changed but they also hold events for the community which is nice. My apartment is a good size and I like the on-site pool. Verified Renter Neighbors kinda loud at times but its nice here folks park in the opposite direction but that hasn’t been a issue so far management is great and the apartment looks great
Verified Renter Nice place . wish the kids had more of a park and i wish they had atleast one baby swing but other than that it's an okay place to live / maintenance 10/10 always !
Verified Renter I would like to see my appliances work, my dishwasher been broken for months, my ac barely works in summer time, the stove sparks after you turn it off, and my screen keeps falling out my window, and the toilet rusted and broken, have to use duck tape to keep it flushing. So I have mixed feelings but it’s a place to live
Verified Renter peaceful community, dont have too many complains, just wish rent was cheaper knowing how old this place is, people driving the wrong way around the community get little annoying at times but thats really it
Verified Renter Out of the two places I lived in Greensboro.. this one of my fav places to live at .. it is surrounded by the shopping centers .. neighbors are okay.. maintenance comes when you need them to. only issue that I don’t really like is the parking spaces
