Verified Renter Friendly area for kids to play, maintenance man has definitely been very helpful when needed. Could use bigger dumpsters in my opinion and possibly more help in the office.

Verified Renter I feel that the management is still growing and I love to see that. No one is perfect, however, as they grow I hope to see more in the complex. I’m not sure where the roaches are coming from and the exterminator doesn’t do much. But in all reality, that is ok I guess. I feel that the complex is a bit gloomy and as the management grows, they should start having little raffles/contest just to encourage positive residential active.
Verified Renter Honestly for the price and location I really love my apartment. There are quirks to it since it is a pretty old complex but I think it builds character. Some downsides include extremely thin walls (like I can hear my own TV from the main door when it’s on 13 volume and I’m not even on the same floor) and that the floor boards are warped. They also have laundry in the basement of the units, which uses a mobile app to pay and track progress. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience.
