The only thing we can afford We moved here before COVID-19 and didn't want to stay, but the pandemic and the following influx of people to the area means we were priced out of finding anything else. We have had more maintenance tickets here in 4 years than we did in our old apartment in 7 years. Also, their amenities have frequently been closed or off-limits while we were living here, our rent has gone up $250/month (so far), and they have come up with all sorts of new rules (with fines attached) to police the residents of t... read more
Not great, but a roof over your head Have had multiple issues during the time we have lived here. Greatful to have an apartment, but would appreciate a staff/company that actually cared about its residents.
Not worth it The management needs to be explained things more than once in order to get things done. I have had to constantly speak with management in order to get the correct information done on my lease or with issues I have had with the apartment towards maintenance. The rent is inflated and not worth the condition of the apartment or square footage. The only thing they are good at "managing" is food trucks and pool parties.
pretty overpriced but decent When I first moved in, was great experience, lately its been going downhill and rent keeps spiking . extremely inconsiderate neighbors, half the time our gates are broken, trash doesnt work .. all stuff we all pay alot of money to have working properly . the access to the grounds is subpar, gate doesnt stop anyone, people drive through the exit to avoid waiting/properly gaining access, etc. Its overall not a bad experience, just the property management needs to step their game up to make it not f... read more
Below Standard Our apartment overall is below standard. The bathroom floors have been coming up since we moved in due to water damage from our leaking bathtub. After more than one request and being told it had been fixed, nothing was ever done! The washer has been replaced twice, the oven has fallen apart numerous of times and instead of being replaced, the maintenance employees just put a longer screw to hold the oven door on and ends up falling apart again in a week or so.
