Good I enjoyed myself I can come and go through out the day even night and feel safe like how delivered mail is handled even down to how maintenance is prompt in their fashion therefore I'm saying everything that I've seen thus far I'm pleased with so thanks
Rent goes up services go down 1) Your trash collection situation is embarrassing, trash regularly piles up causing possible health code issues as well 2) Whats the purpose of the gates if not enforced? When working (gates are broken half of the time) people come in at will even using the exit gate as an entrance. Traffic regularly forms when visitors don't have a key causing inconvenience and irritation among cars behind 3)Your front office staff is not the politest to put it mildly....

AC units Very Loud! AC units are very loud outside our bedroom window and there are 4 units I lived other area never heard units as loud as I hear these 4 units. They are old and lots of standing water are around them. They may need replace I never heard units that loud before.
