Very nice complex and staff I've been here now for 3 yrs and it's been exceptional
Lowkey neighborhood. After staying for 1 year, the neighborhood is quiet overall friendly & everyone minds their business here. There are some cons to the neighborhood but not total red flags. I would recommend to someone else.

Ver nice I have lived here for two years and it has been one of my best choices! The front desk workers are vey friendly and and always find fun ways to keep the residents happy. Would defintetly reccomend renting here!
Live like a Champion! The area surrounding Champions Walk's location is perfect! You have convenient access to the grocery stores, restaurants, and not too far a drive from Sarasota or the beaches. But who needs the beaches when you've got a beautiful spacious resort style pool! Did I mention with a shaded grilling area. Excellent Location Have lived at Champion Walk Apt Complex for over 5 years. Everything you need at this facility and the neighborhood is situated between IMG Academy and an another school making for a we’ll secure area. The beach is 10 minutes away and shopping is too. Great value fior the location
Upstairs noises For the 3 years I was a resident at Champions Walk, I enjoyed the majority of the stay, except the last year and half. I was constantly woken by upstairs guests, from stomping on the floor, slamming cabinets, playing with their dog beyond 9 pm. I traveled quite a bit for work, so I don't know how it was when I was gone, but the times I did stay there, I ended up wearing ear plugs in order to not be woken.
