Great apartment! Such a clean and beautiful apartment complex.
New to the Woods. 3 month review. This is a really nice place to live. Amenities are great. Staff has been great too. Everything is nicely maintained. Cost is the cost. We would all like it to be less but it's reasonable relative to the market and other places. Only complaint are the dogs. Too many little dogs barking seemingly endlessly. I like animals but the barking can be annoying at times.
Nice It’s a nice place it’s quite never noisy, like you don’t here loud music nothing. The maintenance are very nice they do their job ! Only issue I have is parking but other then that it’s nice place pricey though
Lovely Place to Live My husband and I have lived here for just over a year and this has been our favorite apartment living experience by far. The staff has gone through some changes recently but they have made the changes seamless for the residents. The community is friendly and the property is beautifully maintained. The staff works hard. Apartment & Amenities are excellent Have lived here for a couple of years. The apartments are nice and very self-contained. Maintenance and landscaping happen in a very consistant manner. Maintenance responds within hours of an email. And show up generally within 24 hours. Front office staff are receptive and helpful. You can see where your money is going when it comes to upkeep and amenities. They are always trying to upgrade amenities and the clubhouse is gorgeous and always pristene. Great apartment We moved here 3.5 years ago and we love it! The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and helpful! We love taking the grandkids to the pool when they visit! The location is great with all the stores, gas stations and restaurants so close by.
Overpriced for what you receive. The area is nice, walls in apartments are paper thin and you can never find a parking spot unless you wanna walk from the next building over. Ridiculously overpriced. You can go live closer to the beach and pay the same rent price.
