Love the Location Very convenient place to live Staff is great and amenities, Apartments are updated as they become vacant. Unfortunately those of us who have been here from the beginning don't get those upgrades.

My incredible neighbors and Jody Gore our Assistant Community Manager! They've made this place feel like home faster than I ever imagined, and I'm already thinking I might just stay here indefinitely. Highly recommend!"

my experience It will be 6 yrs. in Sept. of '25. I was 1st tenant in the apt. and I have loved living here . Made new friends and love, love my view. I'm in my 90's and have some disabilities, but find everything I need is within walking distance or a call away. Maintenance has been very efficient and helpful.

It's been my life-saver! I've been here 5 yrs. ( 1st one in new apartment) and feel very safe and secure. I'm only less than a mile from church, bank, store, and restaurants. I like my view and walking paths. I do wish we had more handicap spaces as my building has quite a few eligible occupants.All in all, I'm hoping to stay here as long as I'm able.
Parking I love living here but at times parking paces are not near my building.
Noise issues have NOT been resolved for 2 years Llve my appartment but the banging pipes issue has not been resolved after 2 years of complaints and maintence efforts
