Nice Place to live. My children love it here:)
Banging pipes Pipes in the walls have banged for the entite 5 months that ive been here with excuses and promissed galore. No one has called a trained plumber in to remedy the situation. I pay some of the highest rent for a two bedroom apartment here. Maintence has done all they can do without progessional help. I am wakened every day and have trouble sleeping at night. During the day i turn the volumn up on my TV to partially cover up the banging. Is there no one that cares after 5 months of complaining?
Carillon Woods Review The first year we lived here really was not that bad. After that, the place really has not done very well. This is with all things including maintaining the grounds, the buildings, and the customer service of the staff as well.
Review WAY too loud. WAY too expensive, like everywhere else around here.
Aggressive Over Priced The increase in rent is not warranted. Office staff not very amicable if having an issue making rent payment on time. One day after due date nasty letter goes out that eviction process will start. Far too aggressive for an amicable relationship.
The Downward Spiral... Fairly nice place to live (Schell Brothers [lack of] quality aside, which is a different story altogether) with friendly people. Positives include a great, well-maintained pool, a clean, solid gym, nice common facilities, and plenty of food / grocery choices in the immediate area.
