Beautiful! I have been a resident at Breakers for the past 3 years and I’ve never been happier to call a place my home. The amazing level of privacy is nothing I have ever experienced before at a apartment complex, even by the pool! The maintenance staff, and all the ladies in the front office are all so kind and do such a great job. It’s a beautiful place to live inside and out!

Excellent Community The staff is absolutely fantastic! The property looked very clean and the model was absolutely beautiful. If anyone is looking for an apartment I highly recommend Breakers!

Amazing place to live Staff (especially the assistant manager Bella and the maintenance team) are wonderful and helpful. Maintenance is always fast and polite. We don't have many problems with the apartment itself. The neighbors are friendly. I love the community events. There's a lot of giveaways! I especially love "yappy hour" for my dog! I think my only complaint is that the gate clicker sometimes takes several minutes to work and you need a (361) area code to call your apartment (which we found out on our own front a nei... read more

Amazing!! Been a resident for two years and I have had the best experience. The staff is amazing and even the maintenance staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and that any problems you have that needs to be taken care of they are on it right away. Love to call this place home.

Proud to call Breakers my home! I have been a resident of the Breakers community for 4.5 years! There are a number of reasons that I love calling this my home. The office staff are friendly, yet professional, and I feel like I have an extended family here. The maintenance staff get things taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Verified Renter The apartments are super nice and well taken care of. The property manager Melissa is amazing, words can’t describe how amazing she is!! Bella, Bryanna, and Desirae who also work there are so amazing as well and very helpful. They all know what they’re doing and are extremely helpful from the move in process to even after you’ve already moved in! Between how nice the apartments are and how helpful and friendly the staff is, this place is an amazing apartment complex to live at!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Love it here! I have attended several sip & shops the complex has hosted & every time it’s been awesome! They have wonderful friendly staff, a super cool pool area & lots of fun activities for the residents. Not to mention the Manager Melissa ROCKS! awesome complex.
