Living at Breakers When I first moved in last November it was under the other management. Little later they were transitioning into the new Management Team. Since day one Lisa, Kristen and Jamie have been awesome to me. I can come in the office with a problem or just to say hello and they are so kind. Having a smile on their faces. Excellent place to call home! We moved to Breakers about 6 months ago and we love it! The office and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our time at the beautiful pool. And the gym is very functional with lots of options for cardio. The property is always clean and secure. We absolutely love it here!

Great place to live The community and staff are amazing. Especially the manager Bella who has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I've had. The maintenence personel are also quick to resolve any issue that may come up and have been extremely kind.

Verified Renter For us it is Home. For outsiders we know, they have a good impression of the property when they know where we live. We have lived in Corpus Christi a long time (84 years for me & 57 some years for my wife). So we know a lot of locals. Breakers has a good reputation for outside appearance, location in the city, and apparently reputation.

The maintenance team Bert, John, Robbie and Pedro are all so nice and helpful. I'm always greeted by them if they see me outside with a wave, smile and hello.
