Lack of Communication There is a lack of communication from management. They wait to send out 'requests to enter' emails or alerts until the day of, normally midday after I have already left for work. This is dangerous and alarming as I have a pet that I do not, nor will I ever, crate while I am not home. Very annoying, irresponsible, and disrespectful.
