Property We have lived here for 7 years. Finally glad to see that something is being done about visitor's parking in resident spaces.
Ok place to live Lady in office is not too friendly. She could benefit by working on her people skills!!
GOOD VALUE I have been here for 11 years,. All of my neighbors are friendly! Security is usually good and any neighbors who misbehave in a serious manner are soon vacated from the premises. Staff is congenial and professional. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Amazing area to live, wish there were more amenities. Living here is perfect, safe area, neighborhood is friendly. I wish there were more amenities for kids though like a playground or swimming pool.

Great Apartments Better than our last apartments only thing I despise at times is the hill I have to walk up

Property Manager Veronica has got to be the hardest working, kindest human I know. She has gone out of her way for us & made sure everything was perfect when we moved in. She is simply one of a kind. She arrives early & stays late just to make sure everyone is taken care of...She's a GEM & needs a RAISE!!!??
