Area Great place to live. No problems and very quiet. Close to shopping areas. The Office Manager & Maintenance are always there when you need them.
Live Great property to live no noise great staff
Rate Property Have lived here for 10 years. No problems. The only thing is the rent increases every year. I am widowed and on a limited income. There should be a special rate for older residents ( like myself)
Nice but pricey! Really enjoyed living here! Like the way you all put money back into the place! It's just too expensive! And it keeps going up. After a while we will no longer be able to afford to live here.

Apartment review These apartments are very quiet no loud noises. Parking down the hill and having to walk up is a down fall due to their limited parking spaces. Maintenance is very good and there is a respone in a timely manner. The landlord is also nice. This complex is nice it would be even better if there was a playground for kids overall i give the apartment complex as a whole an 8.5/10
Mostly good I think so far the experience has been good. The parking is a bit angled and on an incline. However, it is easy to get to work and the amenities are nice.
Overall very pleasant place to live. Staff has improved since Mrs.Veronica (who was super awesome) left. Maintenance is great whenever there is a problem they come the next day. Very quiet area which I really love Location is convenient quick easy to get to interstate. I have been here for about 7 years. Really like living here it just cannot justify the price increase with no updates availability.
