Mostly good I think so far the experience has been good. The parking is a bit angled and on an incline. However, it is easy to get to work and the amenities are nice.
Overall very pleasant place to live. Staff has improved since Mrs.Veronica (who was super awesome) left. Maintenance is great whenever there is a problem they come the next day. Very quiet area which I really love Location is convenient quick easy to get to interstate. I have been here for about 7 years. Really like living here it just cannot justify the price increase with no updates availability.
enjoyed living here I lived here for 15 years. The neighbors are friendly and helpful without being too nosey. Most do a fair job of keeping unwanted noises under control. The one thing that is unfair is the fact there is no way to measure water usage for each unit which means I have to pay other people's water bill when I have in fact not used very much water with just me. It has been well maintained and all of the resident managers are professional and congenial.
It’s alright Its a nice experience the amount of money you pay better off getting a house.
Bentwood Apartments Been here at the Bentwood community for 5 years now. It's a nice area close to my job and child's school. They keep our outside well kept. Our maintenance man is prompt when it comes to fixing things in the apartment
LOVE IT!!! Absolutely love Bentwood!! Have lived here for a few years now and have not regretted moving here at all!! Especially compared to my last place. The neighbors are quiet, but you will here traffic noise as we are close to the main street. Kyle is AMAZING!! He's super human because I'm not sure how he handles all the maintenance as well as he does by himself. Maintenance requests are handled extremely quickly and are always thoroughly completed. Love it I have noticed that it feels very homey and peaceful. I am glad to call it my home.
Great place to call home. I have resided at Bentwood Apartments for 3 years. I like the convenience to the interstate and access to nearby stores. The office staff is great at responding to any issue you may have. The maintenance staff (Kyle) is always visible in the complex and is awesome at taking care of any problem in my unit.
