Great place to call home. I have resided at Bentwood Apartments for 3 years. I like the convenience to the interstate and access to nearby stores. The office staff is great at responding to any issue you may have. The maintenance staff (Kyle) is always visible in the complex and is awesome at taking care of any problem in my unit. Home! Love it here!!! I did prefer the previous property manager, but there have not been significant changes to the quality of life here. Very close to pretty much anything you'd need to get to and the area is surprisingly quiet. Lots of families here and no crazies ?? Kyle the maintenance engineer is AMAZING!!! All requests are handled very quickly and thoroughly. Anything he can't fix is replaced quickly.
GOOD VALUE People all seem friendly. Tenants are reasonably compliant with most rules.

Property We have lived here for 7 years. Finally glad to see that something is being done about visitor's parking in resident spaces.
Ok place to live Lady in office is not too friendly. She could benefit by working on her people skills!!
GOOD VALUE I have been here for 11 years,. All of my neighbors are friendly! Security is usually good and any neighbors who misbehave in a serious manner are soon vacated from the premises. Staff is congenial and professional. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
