City West Apartments This is a TERRIBLE PLACE to Live!! It is over priced, there are several issues pertaining to VIOLENCE & BREAK INS. I have lived at this complex for a year and it has been the WORST experience ever. Please do not be fooled by the name it is anything but luxurious.
