City West Apartments This is a TERRIBLE PLACE to Live!! It is over priced, there are several issues pertaining to VIOLENCE & BREAK INS. I have lived at this complex for a year and it has been the WORST experience ever. Please do not be fooled by the name it is anything but luxurious. There are several pot holes in the complex, Damaged roofs and outside fixtures.
