Not tax credit Place is too expensive for what you get. 1st week all closet doors wouldn't close or open then 2 fell of rails. The main entrance door I put it back and after noticed the location of the door was not built properly as the area was to big for the door. The wood near dishwasher is falling apart do to bad remodel. floors where laminate was put in is lopsided. They literally just did a quick suppose remodel on some apartments and called it good. Value for your money Management needs to do more when kids hang out in stairwells and disturb the neighbors. Also tenants not picking up after their dogs
Review So many Parking issues
Winterhill Apartments My Family and I have lived here going on Three Years. we couldnt afford anywhere else so right now this is best fit for our family until we move out of state
Winter hills Management is unresponsive. Work orders take months if not longer to complete. Parking is terrible. Visitor spots are always filled with resident secondary cars, as each apartment gets one spot. Do not recommend.
We can all Improve. This community is alright but can definitely be improved. Lander is very kind and helpful as well as the staff. It's just the people that tend to make things a little difficult
I didn't want to do this I'm being treated unfairly.
