Lame Takes forever to get anything fixed,parking for only 1 vehicle. No visitor spots, crackhead everywhere
Not worth the price I have paid less than half of the ren because my roommates have paid it for me because im lazy but honestly this isnt even worth the price because nothing ever gets fixed and thats why im moving out
Nice facilities and super courteous and friendly staff The 1 bedroom apartment that I recently rented is in really excellent condition.it has been renovated and has new appliances new carpet and linoleum as well as a new countertop finish as well as newly painted cabinets and freshly painted walls so the interior is immaculate.the place is relatively quiet except for cars idling in the parking lot.
Decent rental I wish they would work on making more parking available.

Not tax credit Place is too expensive for what you get. 1st week all closet doors wouldn't close or open then 2 fell of rails. The main entrance door I put it back and after noticed the location of the door was not built properly as the area was to big for the door. The wood near dishwasher is falling apart do to bad remodel. floors where laminate was put in is lopsided. They literally just did a quick suppose remodel on some apartments and called it good. Value for your money Management needs to do more when kids hang out in stairwells and disturb the neighbors. Also tenants not picking up after their dogs
