After the fire at our apartment complex in late January, the gas was shut off until the first week of March. Finally in late February I got hot water. I currently have a whole in my wall from where work was done to bring back the gas.in mid February. I have no idea when this will be repaired.

There is less than one week left in October and still the heat has not been turned on in my apartment. I have sent a request through Resident App through which I request maintenance work. I haven't gotten a response, other than to acknowledge receipt of the request, but no plan about when someone will come to hook up the heat.

Sunday night 8/11/24 I sent a message through the Landmark maintenance app that the water to my air conditioner wasn't working and another one at the end of the week when nothing still had not been done. The only relief I get is at night when the outside temperature has gone down. This has effected my sleep and general sense of well being. It seems a simple task just to get the water back on and don't understand why it has not.

Everybody has been friendly and answered all my questions, especially Cindy.She is grhad a few problems because of previous Lease agent, however, however, Cindy took care of everything in a very professional manner. Have a few minor problems that require maintenance personnel, I will be submitting a request soon to have corrected. Thanks for the survey. Michael
