Someone from maintenance came within two days after requesting repairs to kitchen and bathroom faucets. Both faucets were replaced within an hours. The one thing that didn't get taken care of was replaceing the stopper in the bathroom sink. The repair man said someone would be coming by this week to do this. It is crapy looking and does not do a good job when it come filling the sink with water. So far no one has been here to do this.

The repair of the ceiling around the air conditioner vent and then painting the vent was done the next day after I requested the repairs. The worker who did the repairs also covered the hole in the wall that was made when the heater and components were updated to bring the apartment up to code.

John and Adrian are top notch, I was surprised that I was given such a quick response (as always) I see the maintenance crew running around this place doing things that I thought I would be waiting forever. My issues were minor because everything was in great shape since I moved in a year ago. These guys know there business.

Last week Travis visited me twice last week to repair damage in the roof around the air conditioner. He still isn't finished yet but explained what to expect next. This includes the area in the roof just mentioned and the tile directly beneath which is starting to break off. He painted over 2 places in the living room that had a little damage. I haven't had much of a chance to experience our maintenance, but now that I had a few minor issues Jonathan is great. He makes sure it's done quick and correctly. Then he explains in detail. The office personnel are top notch and very polite and professional. I happy I moved here as I was searching for a place to enjoy my retirement. I found it here at Graceland Plaza Apartments. So far two requests have been tended to: putting back in the screen that was blown out by the wind and replacing the porch light. I still have 2 requests pending: the hole in the was on the outside underneath the kitchen the window and the outside leak from the roof.
