One of the Best Places in Albuquerque One of the best places I have lived in Albuquerque I have been here for over 12 years. They have a lot of units that they keep up in a very nice way. Their internet service and maintenance staff are some of the best and nicest people I have ever met, my neighbors were great & they are definitely affordable for small families and single occupants.
Very Comfortable We are very comfortable living here. Management and maintenance are always quick to attend to the few needs we might have. We just signed a new lease for another year. We love our home.
Been Here Awhile Lived here for a couple of years and never once have had a problem. I watch the sunrise every morning and say hi to the nice guy who keeps the place clean. Very affordable, clean and efficient. Ladies in the office are very kind and professional. They make sure things are taken care of immediately. Love this place.
Wonderful Community I would like to thank Larry, Casandra, and Dominique for helping me with concerns I had about my apartment. Now I live here with peace of mind and have faith that White Oak Apartments, LLC will continue to provide great service! I look forward to living here for many years to come. The La Hacienda Apartments are quiet, well kept, and have a wonderful community consisting of friendly, respectful, and enjoyable neighbors. I can't ask for more! :)
Quiet and Friendly I lived at Fair Plaza for a year and a half and only had good experiences there. The neighbors are friendly and the community is pretty quiet. All of my work orders (the few that I had) were fixed quickly and done well. The office staff are professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to live at Fair Plaza.
Nice and Affordable We recently helped our daughter move in to an apartment at White Oak Apartments and the process from start to finish was awesome. Her apartment is a nice and affordable place in a great location. Very clean and well kept property. Cindy & Cassandra in the office were very kind and helpful. They both dealt with our daughter very professionally and helped her through the leasing process. Our entire experience with the apartment and staff was awesome. Thank you!
