There is slow response to requests for repair inside or outside my apartment.
John and Adrian are top notch, I was surprised that I was given such a quick response (as always) I see the maintenance crew running around this place doing things that I thought I would be waiting forever. My issues were minor because everything was in great shape since I moved in a year ago. These guys know there business.
Last week Travis visited me twice last week to repair damage in the roof around the air conditioner. He still isn't finished yet but explained what to expect next. This includes the area in the roof just mentioned and the tile directly beneath which is starting to break off. He painted over 2 places in the living room that had a little damage. I haven't had much of a chance to experience our maintenance, but now that I had a few minor issues Jonathan is great. He makes sure it's done quick and correctly. Then he explains in detail. The office personnel are top notch and very polite and professional. I happy I moved here as I was searching for a place to enjoy my retirement. I found it here at Graceland Plaza Apartments. So far two requests have been tended to: putting back in the screen that was blown out by the wind and replacing the porch light. I still have 2 requests pending: the hole in the was on the outside underneath the kitchen the window and the outside leak from the roof.
Nothing was done. Never contacted once.
After the fire at our apartment complex in late January, the gas was shut off until the first week of March. Finally in late February I got hot water. I currently have a whole in my wall from where work was done to bring back the gas.in mid February. I have no idea when this will be repaired.
There is less than one week left in October and still the heat has not been turned on in my apartment. I have sent a request through Resident App through which I request maintenance work. I haven't gotten a response, other than to acknowledge receipt of the request, but no plan about when someone will come to hook up the heat.
Sunday night 8/11/24 I sent a message through the Landmark maintenance app that the water to my air conditioner wasn't working and another one at the end of the week when nothing still had not been done. The only relief I get is at night when the outside temperature has gone down. This has effected my sleep and general sense of well being. It seems a simple task just to get the water back on and don't understand why it has not.
