They don't fix damaged things
The maintenance of the place is not working, they do not respond to maintenance calls and they do not care about fixing anything in the apartments,
Very slow with request. Had pending request from 2 months and they were still pending when I left.
Disgusting, rat and roach-infested apartments that are full of mold and broken appliances. Exterior is run down and covered in rat traps and trash. Very unsafe area, lot of drug use with the tenants with drug deals out in the open parking lot consistently. Do not recommend.

I love our new dishwasher.It is not a cheap one and will last.
