I have lived here since August of 2024 with my girlfriend. We have both really loved our time here. Siggy the maintenance man is absolutely amazing. He is very diligent about fixing the problems in our apartment as soon as possible, while also helping us to understand what he is doing so that we feel confident in the repairs being made. I have been very pleased with his work and just want to shout him out! Thanks, Siggy!
This is hands down the most disgusting apartment I have ever had the displeasure of living in. All the staff aside from Luis are absolutely awful. The property manager is a horrible woman and that hasn't changed since I moved in 7 years ago until I moved out a month ago. I wish I was capable of leaving sooner but I'm so grateful I was finally able to. These apartments are great and the office staff is equally great ! I've always had quick service on my service calls. There is a real response from the maintenance staff. I really like the apartments and hope to continue to live here for a very long time.
We had a problem with a leaking wall for a long time and even had someone come take a look at it before. We never got any help until now! He quickly found the problem and fixed it the same day. Also very friendly!!
My experience has been far from pleasant. The front desk lady, is incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s as if she doesn’t want to assist residents at all. Communication is a nightmare here. Simple requests take ages to get a response, and when I do hear back, it’s often dismissive or unclear. I feel like I’m more of a nuisance than a valued tenant.
