New Resident I have just moved into this complex (along with everyone else, it just opened September 15, 2015) and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. Everything seems to be built well, they used spray foam insulation in the attics so it is very well insulated meaning lower electric bills, it's quiet, it's well lit at night, grounds are looking better everyday with all the new landscaping, and its location is great.
