great new management! We really enjoy living at Victory North! The property is beautiful and always clean. The maintenance staff is great, especially Charles! They always respond to maintenance requests right away. I’m SOO happy Camiece is now the new management! I can already see improvements. Definitely one of the best decisions CAF made by making her management.
Amazing Place to live I've lived at Victory north for the last 5 years and me and my son LOVE IT! We love the dog park for our fur baby and summer time for the pool is his favorite! It's very pet friendly and I have always felt very safe there. I love to call this my place and will be very sad the day we leave. Maintenance is always QUICK, beyond friendly and goes above and beyond. Brandy has always assisted me with anything and everything I've ever needed. Thank you all for making it easy to call this place my home!!
Great place to live As stressful as this year has been it is comforting to have a beautiful place to call home. The staff was very helpful with all my relocating questions and made the move in process pleasant.

Often I would... (Verified Renter) Often I would wake up in the middle of the night because people near my apt were either running dishwashers or doing their laundry. Sometimes it would continue throughout the night. Other than that, I found the physical condition of the apartment very new and clean.
