MISERABLE place to live. I lived here for the past two years since I was attracted to the relatively low rent, and you get what you pay for. This is the kind of apartment that paints the room white and calls it "renovated". The buildings are old and not well maintained at all. Move in My move in at this apartment was the most stressful thing and such a bittersweet experience. I applied back in August and got accepted in September and my move in was November ( I love to do things in advance so i don’t rush last minute). Absolutely terrible place to live These apartments are the absolute worst apartments I have ever stayed in. I moved here in February of 2021 and my lease was up February of 2022. The maintenance are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They would come and fix one thing just for another to break. I have a loud knocking in my wall in the master bedroom the entire lease. Not worth your money Honestly, I think your better off at a different apartment. The complex and staff has completely gone downhill. The clientele that now lives around this apartment complex is dirty and unkept. Poor Management We have lived here for the past 5 years so we know how bad the services has gotten in the past couple of years. I would not recommend living here unless you have to. We have had a water leak from the AC unit in ours apartment for about 4 weeks now. Each time they're tried it fix it has made it worse. Not a good place! Oh man! I have so much to say. I was suppose to move into this apartment community on May 16th, but upon arrival the apartment had not been adequately clean or the make ready had been not finished. There was dust and cob webs caked up on the walls and the door frames. The floors were not cleaned, the base board looked dirty and inside of the cabinets were dirty. Poor ethics of leasing staff I had requested for a security deposit refund, even after calling them several times the only response I get is we are working on it and will respond in a day or two and they would never respond back. Ultimately they don't want to refund. Seems like they prefer quick money over long term customers.
