The residence I have had a few issues here, I am a single mom and I feel like the apartments don't take me seriously, however this is what I can afford when it comes to a two bedroom apartment.

It's ok There are multiple apartment complex's combined here so the property is large and not really secure. The apartments are decent and maintenance is quick to address issues. The area is somewhat dangerous and I have had someone root around in my car late at night. They do have CC cameras and a nice gym.

Mrs My first year here there was no notifications to let us know where there was any activities, i was later told that notice of events is stuck on the wall in the Laundry room. i guess if residence has their washers and dryers in their aparments then they would not be a part of anything. By my second year i had to go pick up program papers at the apartment office. A better way would have been to send such notices to email addresses or stick it on doors but then i guess that would be a lot of hard work. The laundry room shou... read more

Love it I am so excited about my apartment just because the layout is made for me. Its open , The variety of being able to change the wall color and letting my personality show says a lot about this apartment. Simply because most places want you to represent the company only. This is the only place where I feel at home and I can make it my home ! The staff is incredible anything that I need or want they will go to it and make it.

In the heart of north Dallas This place is quite commendable for the prices it offers. There's updated and mostly modern features in these apartments, such as the counter tops, and more practically, the ovens and dishwashers and microwaves. Very large rooms and really awesome house-like carpet. There's pools dotting the place as well as many other 'feature-filled' buildings, laundry, blah blah blah. The Residence of all Residence. The floor-plans are roomy and the amenities are top-notch. You will be in a great neighborhood with access to the Tollway and not far for shopping and restaurants. The Residence of North Dallas and Why You Need to Move There!! I live at The Residence of North Dallas and it is absolutely everything I've ever wanted in a home. I'm walking distance from the pool, the mail room, the workout center and the dumpster. Parking is never far for me to walk to my apartment and get inside safely. Speaking of safe, there is 24/7 security guards that walk up and down the roads inside the complex. I never feel threatened or unsafe because of them. Mostly a nice place to live I like this apartment and the complex in general. Out of all the complexes in this area, it seemed to be the best one, especially for the price. I got one of the renovated units with a nice-looking kitchen and shiny stainless steel appliances (OOOHHH shiny!) BUT...
