Excellent Staff & Beautiful Property Exeter Team & Management, Wow. I can't put into words how incredible this property and their team is, but I'll give it a shot. Verified Renter Over all the move in experience was great, the apartments being brand new was a huge must for me, and the small issues I had with moving in (like construction dust around the apartment) were taken care of immediately. The compound is quiet and well kept, and I love that, while its located off of a busy street, it feels very secluded which was also a must for me!

STAY AWAY this has been by far the worst apartment complex I think I have ever lived at! The front office is a joke. Both gates have been broken for over a year! There is no onsite officer or ANY security. In response to a robbery that happened, the office sent out a letter telling us to be safe and that they’d change our locks for a change! what kind of response is that . STAY AWAY

Poor management I love being forced to park my car on the other side of the complex at the end of the night. I love that I pay for services that you don't actually have(electronic locks,trash service ect.) I love that the employees only care about selling apartments and not the residents themselves.
