nice community I moved here in June, I must say it was a rocky start but once i voiced my concerns the problem seemed to get better. I must give Danyelle kudos. she is so compassionate and listens and when i was sick with the flu she checked on me to see if i needed anything. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the office staff care so much for there residents. she listens and always says to me i am here for you if you need anything just let me know

Verified Renter The Exeter Place Apartments is a place that I can call home. I felt welcomed day one. My first weekend Savanah was extremely nice to my family while we at the pool. It was as if I was on a vacation at a resort. I love my new home.
