I have been very unhappy with this place. I have been living in apartments for the last 6 years. This is one of the worst.

Worst apartment on the planet! Aptartment people are very rude there and will charge you for everything! I honestly think they need to close the place down since every single person there hates it. The owner needs to be fired or at least fire all the people that work there. You people need to get out of there fast!

I've never lived in a place before that totally did not care about the residents or the property. They won't fix anything, they will just tell you it's fixed like you're stupid and don't know any different. If I was rich I would have broken my lease to get out of this place. You're better off living in downtown Detroit.

If you read this before sighning your life away dont do it. This is the worst place to live, they steal your money,ask to see the apartment that you would move into. It's nothing like the demo apartment the show you. They are the worst ran aparmentsw i have lived here for 11 months and can't wait to move out of here.

I'm very disappointed with their application process. I live in an upstairs unit and in the summer it gets very, very hot here. Even with the A/C on its still feels like its 80 even though the thermostat says about 65. There are constant fights in and around several of my friends' apartments, and some children can cause problems. If you have better options (besides Novi Ridge of course) dont move here.

These apts are now called heights of novi. I however would name it the lows of novi. They are the most incompetent management and maintenance staff I have EVER dealt with!
