Seriously not worth it!!! I have moved in here month ago and by now I am fed up , seriously fed up. from outside it looked good , model house was also nice. When I moved-in the house literally had so many problems in terms of Cleaning, flooring , Rusted Dishwasher trays? Rusted bathroom sink with holes ?? bathrooms without curtain rod? after the previous tenant moved out they dint even clean the bathrooms...
Location is the only thing good about this place If one were to only judge apartments by the old adage of real estate - "Location, Location, Location", then this apartment is a winner. It is located in a quiet corner of Novi with several shops, restaurants and outdoor parks nearby. Access to the main highways of the area is also very good. I hate the maintenance guys,they never process the work orders in time. Management is sooo rude and they dont even care there customers though you stay for soo long years. We had many issues while vacating the apartments. I seriously dont recommend any of you to this apartments.

I wouldn't recommend it to a friend I had a bad experience when i moved in, my apartment was filthy, and had many issues including cracked floor ( i ended up spending the first week in a hotel, and stayed through their maintenance process for the first 2 months ) while they fixing it. I was watching MSNBC last night and they had a special about sex trafficing. Women used for this were held/beaten/rapped in the Highline Club Apartments. Also, there are tons of bugs, the maintenance is abysmal, the staff is rude and confrontational, and obviously the other occupants are less then fine upstanding citizens.
