Mediocre at best. I took over a lease her. Stupid decision on my part. Sure its a roof over your head but theres a few issues with this place. The walls are paper thing for starters i fan here everything that goes on in my apartment at any time above below or in the next room. The shower jn my unit is obnoxiously loud. This place is terrible. 1st they tell me rent is late after the 5th. Now when I go to pay rent its late ON the 5th!!! Make up your minds! The walls are thin af so I hear everyone above me and people going up and down the stairs constantly. I can't wait to move out of here sooner than later. Oh and the office people like to talk shit about you being mad about a late fee while your in there like...

The staff is terrible. If you ever have an emergency and need out asap you can forget that, they have no compassion or understanding. Plus not a safe place. My fiancé ' s motorcycle was vandalized and they didn't care. Needless to say I got the hell out of there.

I will love nothing more than when I graduate in May and am able to move out of University Heights. I don't think I've ever been in the office and not come out mad. Just one more semester and I can be done with them.
