So here we go again with the gas lighting. 1st of all, just because you only see two documented requests for you to deal with the noise issue doesn't mean I have only complained twice. The 1st and second and 3rd time I complained about the noise no one ever said to call anyone else and I was told that the more I complain the more serious the consequences for the loud neighbors. I have lived at the heights for 4 leasing terms now, and have lived in two different buildings(one of them being building 11 as other reviews mentioned pest control issues, pest control comes every month and checks glue traps put down. See pic) Overall it has been a pleasant experience, there’s nice amenities and it’s mostly removed from the hustle and bustle of campus and downtown. I have lived here for roughly 3 years now and have enjoyed it much more than the dorms or other off campus, student-based, apartment communities in the area. The leasing staff and the property manager Andrea are approachable, kind, and helpful. Z, one of the community assistants, has always been able to address any questions or concerns I have had and is always positive and happy in nature. I will say the staff in the office was very kind, and my favorite part about living here. The game room and computer room were great as well. However, our apartment itself wasn't great. We had a water heater above us explode and flood our entire living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. We were lucky we didn't have many items in there because we had recently moved or else they would have all been ruined. We had maintenance in our apartment doing things for about a month. I am leaving a 1 star for now in the hopes that the property managers will do the right thing and fix the problem. It is unacceptable to have college students living in conditions that are unlivable- black mold! Not only did the renters have to notify the managers once but notified them multiple times with no solution.
